- Deposit Non-refundable If Client Cancel

- Outstanding Balance Need To Be Paid Latest By Bank Transfer Or Cash On Chauffeurs Arrival.

- If time exceeds then an hour rate of £100 Per Hour will be Applied.

- Only Addresses Specified On The Itinerary Will Be Visited By The Chauffeur. 

- No Amendments To The Itinerary Will Be Accepted 7 Days Prior To The Date Of Occasion.

- Any Belongings Left In The Vehicle The Client Is Responsible If Lost. If We Find The Items Then The Client Responsible For Collecting The Item.

- No Smoking / No Smoke Grenade / Smoke Flares Inside Or Around The Vehicle. Any Damages The Client Would Be Liable To Pay For Damages To The Vehicle. 

- If A Booking Is Cancelled 2 Weeks Prior To Hire Then 50% Of Invoice Amount The Client Legally Be Liable. 

- We Don’t Supply Drinks So Kindly Arrange Your Own Drinks, Snacks Or Decorations.

- We Are A Broker Firm For Some Vehicles And We Are Not Liable For Any Charge / Prosecutions / Liabilities But The Direct Supplier Will Be Resposible. The Client Will Be Given The Supplier Details On Request. 

- Limousines Are Classic Are Highly Maintained But Not In A Showroom Condition.
